TOWER CLASSWHAT IS TOWER?
A mat class with leg and arm springs to give you added resistance and other apparatus to help you strengthen and stretch more deeply. All tower classes are mixed level. The possibilities and combination are endless, each of our teachers bring their own splendid flavor to the class.
CHAIR/MATWHAT IS A CHAIR?
A simple apparatus, but considered the most challenging piece of Pilates equipment. This class is 30 minutes of express mat followed by 25 minutes of chair madness. Great for skiers, runners, tennis players, golfers and for clients looking to increase power in the upper body for throwing, lifting and racquet sports.
